I. Overview
This product adopts PLC frequency conversion speed regulation, brake motor, photoelectric control of a new generation of elevator with compact structure. The whole machine is made of high-strength square pipes, which eliminates the defects of the previous elevators that are difficult to control in size and easy to deform, which leads to easy wear of the chain and sprocket.
The box feeding mechanism of this machine adopts the technology of West Germany KAS company, thus eliminating the defects of hook type box feeding machine that is easy to jam and reverse box, and gap type box feeding mechanism is easy to send too many boxes.
The protective cover of this machine adopts a highly large square grid of aluminum alloy. The design of the whole machine is simple and calm. It has a typical mechatronics structure, which is completely comparable to imported equipment, thus establishing its position in similar products.
2. Product use
This product is to be used for food, beverage, medicine, instrument, electrical, light, etc. up and down production lines or the boxed items on the floor are transported down for loading and out of truck.
The conveying type of this machine is vertical up and down. The boxed items are continuously conveyed up and down through the reducer, sprocket, chain, and pallet. The machine has stable transmission, compact structure, small footprint and beautiful appearance.

5. Stacking drum type box conveying line:
1. It is made of stainless steel tube with a diameter of 50mm and x1.5. The double-row gear is made of carbon steel 45# and the surface is high-frequency. The roller chain 08B bearing is a domestic high-quality brand.
2. The stainless steel frame is folded to form the side plate of the stainless steel frame (304), and the thickness is 2.5mm.
The shaft material is 2Cr13.
